BY PARTICIPATING IN THE ROBOROCK #PetOfTheMatch CAMPAIGN 2026 (“CAMPAIGN”), YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS (“TERMS”), WHICH FORM A BINDING LEGAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND ROBOROCK TECHNOLOGY CO. (“ROBOROCK”, “WE”, “US”).

 

1.Agreement
This Campaign is governed by and subject to these Terms and any additional rules related to the Campaign may be published on relevant pages of the Roborock official website. Roborock reserves the right to revise these Terms at any time. Revisions become effective immediately upon publication on this webpage. Participants are encouraged to review the Terms periodically to ensure they are aware of any changes. Continued participation in the Campaign after such modifications confirms acceptance of the revised Terms. No further consent from participants is required for any such revisions.

 

2.Eligibility

The Campaign is open only to legal residents of Canada, United States, Japan, Norway, Sweden, France, Germany,Spain, UK, Switzerland, Mexico, Netherlands, Saudi Arabia, Czechia, Poland, UAE, South Africa, Finland, Denmark, Romania, Taiwan (China), Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam who are eighteen (18) years of age or the age of majority in their jurisdiction at the time of entry.

Employees of Roborock and its affiliates, as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members of each such employee, are not eligible. The Campaign is void where prohibited by law.

 

3.Campaign Period
The Campaign begins at 12:01 AM Pacific Daylight Time (PDT) on June 12, 2026, and is scheduled to end at 11:59 PM  PDT on July 23, 2026 (“Campaign Period”). Roborock reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to shorten, extend, or otherwise modify the Campaign Period.

 

4.How to Enter
• Participants must submit a video or photo on their Instagram or Facebook
  ○Share Your Content: Post your photo or video on Instagram or Facebook showing your pet in football mode.
  ○Use the Hashtag: Include #PetOfTheMatch in your post.
  ○Tag @Roborock in your caption: North America residents: tag @Roborock

All submissions must include the participant’s email address and country of residence to be considered valid.
Entrants acknowledge that any use of their entry by the Promoter during the Promotional Period does not constitute endorsement of their entry or guarantee that their entry will be shortlisted or will win a prize.


5.Submission Guidelines

a.  Submissions must be the original work of the participant and must not infringe the rights of any third party. Participants must own or have all necessary rights to use any content included in their submissions. You shall defend or settle against such claims at your sole expense, and You shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Promoter from any suit as a result of infringing on anyone’s proprietary or intellectual property rights.

 

b.  Submissions must not contain:
•Offensive or explicit material, including but not limited to nudity, profanity, obscene, defamatory, libelous, or otherwise objectionable or inappropriate content.
•Content promoting political agendas or messages, including endorsements of political candidates or messages that could be interpreted as lobbying for a particular political action or party.
•Violent or derogatory content directed against any individual, group, or organization, including hate speech or material that promotes intolerance, racism, discrimination, or harm.
•Illegal activities or content that promotes illegal activities with the intent to commit such activities.
•Commercial content that promotes any product or service other than Roborock, including but not limited to corporate logos, brand names, slogans, political, or religious statements.
•Material that violates or infringes another’s rights, including intellectual property rights and privacy.

 

c.  By submitting an entry, participants grant Roborock a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform the submissions in connection with the campaign and Roborock’s (and its successors’ and affiliates’) business, including without limitation for promoting and redistributing part or all of the campaign (and derivative works thereof) in any media formats and through any media channels.

 

d.  By participating in the Campaign, each participant agrees that Roborock may use, display, publish, or otherwise exploit the participant’s name, likeness, and entry, including any video or image submitted, in whole or in part, for promotional purposes, without additional compensation, notification, or permission, unless prohibited by law. If the submitted content includes images, likeness, or videos of any individuals other than the participant, the participant represents and warrants that they have obtained the express consent from each individual (or, if the individual is a minor, the parent or legal guardian of such minor) to use their image or likeness in the Campaign, and to allow Roborock to use such images or likenesses for promotional purposes as described in these Terms.

 

6.Minor’s Images/Videos

a.  Participants who submit images or videos featuring minors (persons under the age of 18) must ensure that they are the parent or legal guardian of the minor or have obtained explicit written consent from the minor’s parent or legal guardian. Such consent must authorize Roborock to use, reproduce, modify, and publicly display the images or videos as part of the Campaign. Upon request, participants must provide Roborock with a copy of any consents obtained from parents or legal guardians in relation to the submission of any content featuring minors.

 

b.  Roborock commits to handling all content featuring minors sensitively and ethically, ensuring that such content is displayed and used in a manner that respects the dignity and privacy of the minors involved.

 

c.  Parents or legal guardians who have provided consent for the use of images or videos featuring minors can withdraw their consent at any time. To withdraw consent, the parent or legal guardian must notify Roborock in writing at [Sponsorship@roborock.com]. Upon receipt of notification, Roborock will remove the relevant images or videos from the Campaign and cease any further use of the content as soon as practically possible. Parents or legal guardians who withdraw their consent for the use of images or videos featuring minors also effectively withdraw the associated submission from the Campaign. Consequently, once consent is withdrawn, the submission will no longer be eligible for selection as a winner in any part of the Campaign.

 

7.Indemnification

By participating in the Campaign and submitting content, each participant agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Roborock and the Roborock Parties (as defined below) from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising from or relating to their participation in the Campaign or the use of any submitted content. This includes, but is not limited to, claims related to the infringement of intellectual property rights, the violation of any third-party rights (including rights of privacy, publicity, or defamation), or the unauthorized use of any image, likeness, or video of third parties contained in the submitted content.

 

8.Disqualification

a. Roborock reserves the right to disqualify any participant who provides false or misleading information at the time of entry or during the Campaign, or who is otherwise found to be in violation of these Terms.

 

b. In its sole discretion, the Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend, cancel, or terminate any and all Contest should non-authorized human intervention, a bug or virus, fraud, or other causes beyond the Promoter’s control, impact or corrupt the security, fairness, proper conduct, or administration of Contest. The Promoter, in the event of any of the above issues, may determine the Winner based on all eligible entries received prior to and/or after (if appropriate) the action taken by the Promoter. Individuals who tamper with or attempt to tamper with the operation or entry process of the Contest or website or violates these Terms & Conditions will be disqualified by the Promoter in its sole discretion. In its sole discretion, the Promoter has the right to maintain the integrity of Contests, to void votes for any reason, including, but not limited to: Multiple entries from the same user; multiple entries from the same computer beyond the number allowed by the Contest rules; or the use of bots, macros, scripts, or other technical means for entering. Attempts by any entrant to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of any or all Contests may be a violation of criminal and civil laws. If any such attempt is made, the Promoter reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.

 

9.Winner Selection

The selection of Winners will be at the discretion of the Roborock marketing team. The judges will consider the following criteria:

 

1) Relevance to the campaign theme
2) Creativity and entertainment value of the submitted content

 

Submitters agree to be bound by the judges’ decisions, which are final and binding on all matters related to the Campaign. The judges will not be required to provide feedback on each submission and reserve the right to disqualify any submission which is improper, unlawful, or breaches any rules of this agreement.

 

10.Results Announcement

The results of the Campaign, including the names of selected winners, will be published on the official Roborock social account [@roborock] . Roborock reserves the right to determine the timing of publication of results and to update or amend the Results Page at any time. Winners are encouraged to check the Results Page regularly. Roborock shall not be liable for any failure by a winner to view the Results Page in a timely manner.

 

11.Prizes

a.  The prize constitutes [one (1) Roborock Saros 20 robot vacuum for each of the ten (10) winners.] 
b. If any prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter’s control, the Promoter may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
c.  The stated prize value is the recommended retail value as provided by the supplier. The promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of the prize prior to acceptance by the winner. The promoter and its associated agencies and companies accept no responsibility for prizes unclaimed of the winner being notified.

 

12.Claim of Prizes

a.  Winners will be notified by email following the conclusion of the Campaign and must provide their full name, telephone number, and mailing address to claim their prize. If a winner does not respond within five (5) business days, an alternate winner may be selected. Roborock is not responsible for any incorrect email addresses provided by participants or for any failure of a participant to receive a prize notification due to spam filters, email restrictions, or incorrect contact details provided.
The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant or voter who provides false information, fails to provide information, circumvents the rules, conspires with others to gain an unfair advantage or who is otherwise involved in, or benefits from in, any way in manipulating, interfering or tampering with this promotion. 

 

b.  All prizes are non-transferable, and no substitutions or cash equivalents will be made, except at Roborock’s sole discretion. Roborock reserves the right to substitute a prize with another prize of equal or greater value in the event the original prize is unavailable for any reason.

 

c.  Roborock is not responsible for any lost, damaged, misdelivered, or stolen prizes once they have been shipped. The risk of loss transfers to the winner upon shipment of the prize.

 

d.  By accepting the prize, winners expressly release Roborock, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims related to the prize or the Campaign. The prizes are provided “AS IS” and “WITH ALL FAULTS,” without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

 

13.Data Protection

We will collect the email address, country, submitted image or video, full name, telephone number and mailing address solely to fulfill our contractual obligations to you for the purposes of managing the Campaign, including selecting winners, publishing selected works, and distributing prizes. The data will be stored on servers in Germany and the United States, and only the necessary data will be transferred to China. We comply with all applicable legal requirements to protect EU personal data transferred or made accessible outside the EEA to ensure an equivalent level of data protection for your personal data is guaranteed even if EU data protection law is not directly applicable. We will not store your personal data longer than is necessary. You may contact us at privacy@roborock.com and refer to our Privacy Policy for details.

 

14.General Conditions

a.  Roborock reserves the right to cancel or modify the Campaign if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Roborock’s control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Campaign.


b.  IF THE WINNER VIOLATES ANY OF THESE RULES, THE WINNER (AT THE PROMOTER’S SOLE DISCRETION) WILL BE DISQUALIFIED, AND ALL PRIVILEGES AS WINNER WILL BE IMMEDIATELY TERMINATED.

 

15.Limitation of Liability

a.  ROBOROCK AND ITS AFFILIATES, INCLUDING THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, SHAREHOLDERS, AGENTS, AND LICENSORS (COLLECTIVELY, “ROBOROCK PARTIES”), WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE CAMPAIGN, WHETHER THE CLAIM FOR SUCH DAMAGES IS BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE OR STRICT LIABILITY), OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE TOTAL LIABILITY OF ROBOROCK AND THE ROBOROCK PARTIES FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE CAMPAIGN, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE, IS CAPPED AT ONE HUNDRED EUROS (€100).

 

b.  Roborock and the Roborock Parties shall not be liable for:
•Any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by participants, printing errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Campaign;
•Any failure or delay in the operation or transmission of the Campaign, including but not limited to issues arising from technical problems, internet connectivity, server outages, or platform malfunctions;
•Unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Campaign; or
•Technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the Campaign or the processing of entries.
•Any harm, illness, or injuries caused by the use of the prize.

 

16.DMCA Take-Down Notices

a.  Roborock observes the regulations set forth by the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you believe that any content posted as part of the Campaign infringes upon your copyright or other intellectual property rights, please send a take-down notice to our designated agent at [Sponsorship@roborock.com].

 

b.  Upon receiving a take-down notice that complies with the requirements of the DMCA, Roborock will promptly investigate the complaint and, if substantiated, remove or disable access to the infringing material. All take-down notices must include sufficient information to allow us to locate the material and contact the complaining party. This should include your name, address, telephone number, and a statement that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on behalf of the owner.

 

17.Social Media Channel-Specific Rules

The Promoter’s Contest hosted by Roborock Technology Co. and its affiliates is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any third-party social media platforms, including without limitation to Facebook/Meta, Instagram, Twitter/X, YouTube, etc.

 

18.Dispute Resolution

a.  These Terms and all matters arising out of or relating to the Campaign shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

 

b.  Any dispute, controversy, difference, or claim arising out of or relating to this Campaign, including the existence, validity, interpretation, performance, breach, or termination thereof, shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration administered by the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (“HKIAC”) under the HKIAC Administered Arbitration Rules in force when the Notice of Arbitration is submitted. The seat of arbitration shall be Hong Kong. The arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in English. The arbitration award is final and binding upon both parties.

 

c.  EACH PARTY HEREBY WAIVES ANY RIGHT TO JURY TRIAL IN CONNECTION WITH ANY ACTION OR LITIGATION IN ANY WAY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE CAMPAIGN.

 

d.  In the event of any mediation, litigation, or arbitration arising out of or related to these Terms or the Campaign, the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover its reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs from the non-prevailing party.

 

19.Acceptance of Terms
By clicking the “Agree” or similar button on our campaign entry form, or by submitting content via social media with the designated campaign hashtag, you explicitly agree to abide by these Terms and all other rules and guidelines associated with the Campaign. This action constitutes your electronic signature and affirms your intention to be bound by these Terms.
