This Limited Warranty applies to products sold by Roborock Technology (UK) Co., Ltd, address [Unit 1804 South Bank Tower, 55 Upper Ground, London, United Kingdom, SE1 9EY] (“Roborock”). This Limited Warranty applies alongside statutory rights. This means that the rights provided under this Limited Warranty may extend beyond or be shorter than those provided by statutory rights in terms of time and content (without limiting them) or may be subject to stricter conditions than the statutory rights. Roborock’s warranty responsibility is only towards the original customer ("you"). This Limited Warranty cannot be assigned or transferred to others. This Limited Warranty is subject to the terms and conditions listed below.

Limited Warranty on NEW PRODUCTS - Roborock warrants to you, the original customer, that the ROBOROCK product you purchased is free from defects in material and workmanship under normal usage for two (2) year from the date of purchase. This Limited Warranty applies only to new products purchased from our website (https://uk.roborock.com/): items can generally be returned within 30 days from the date of receipt. If the product was delivered with a free gift, the product must be returned together with the free gift in the event of a replacement delivery or refund of the purchase price. The processing of a complaint in the event of a replacement delivery or purchase price refund will only begin after receipt of all products as they were originally delivered. The supplier reserves the right to claim damages under the statutory conditions. You must follow our returns process in respect of any Products for which you wish to make a claim under the warranty . This Limited Warranty does not apply to batteries, accessories, or other consumable items, such as mop, dust box,dust bag, filter, side brush, or main brush. This warranty does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. 

PROOF OF PURCHASE - To utilize the Limited Warranty, you must first show us the date you purchased the ROBOROCK product. A purchase receipt or a similar document will suffice. If you cannot confirm the original purchase date to us, the time periods of this Limited Warranty will apply from the date we shipped your ROBOROCK product from the factory.

EXCEPTIONS - This Limited Warranty does not cover defects or damage caused by: (a) one or more consumable parts, such as batteries, unless the consumable part has been damaged due to material or workmanship defects in a non-consumable part of the product or products; (b) normal wear and tear and cosmetic damage, including but not limited to scratches, dents, and broken plastic; (c) defects or damage caused by improper use, accidents (including but not limited to collision, fire, and liquid), neglect, abuse, unusual stress, modification, improper or unauthorised repair, installation, wiring, or testing, changes not approved by us, improper repair or service, or use of improper parts and accessories not supplied by us; (d) damage caused by use of the product or products outside the permitted or intended use described by Roborock; (e) damage caused by using products not intended for use with Roborock products; (f) any product not a Roborock product, even if it is packaged or sold with the product or products; and (g) modifications of the product’s or products’ firmware or software carried out by someone other than Roborock. Roborock reserves the right to disable the product or products if Roborock suspects fraud or determines that the product or products are counterfeit, stolen, or misplaced during shipment; (h) incorrect use or failure to follow operating instructions and failure to perform recommended maintenance; (i) parts that need periodic replacement; (j)”Gift”Refers to the item provided free of charge in connection with the purchase of the Main Product, the nature, quantity, and value of which are clearly stated on the order page. Gifts are provided free of charge and do not form part of the consideration under the sales contract for the Main Product. Unless otherwise required by law, Gifts are not covered by any additional warranty services provided by the Company for the Main Product (including extended warranties or free replacements); or (k) using the product in any way other than normal and expected usage. This Limited Warranty does not cover accessories and other consumables, such as filters and brushes. Roborock is not responsible for damage resulting from failure to follow product or products operating instructions. You are responsible for: (a) proper use of our product; (b) routine preventative maintenance, and (c) following recommended proper use of the product, as described in our user manual, quick start guide, and on our website.

CUSTOMER SERVICE - Please contact customer service at support-uk@roborock-eu.com for troubleshooting and support. Roborock and their suppliers’ full responsibility and your exclusive remedy shall be, at our discretion, to either (i) repair the products; (ii) replace the products with new or refurbished products (a replaced product shall be of the same identical model or a functioning equivalent product); or (iii) refund the price you paid for the product (except taxes and shipping costs). Any product repaired or replaced under this Limited Warranty will be covered by this Limited Warranty for: (a) 90 days from the date of repair or replacement; or (b) the remaining time of the original warranty period. Replacement parts used in repairing the product may be new, like new, or refurbished.

NO OTHER WARRANTIES - Roborock makes no warranties that the functions of the ROBOROCK product will meet your requirements. Roborock and their suppliers, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, disclaim all other warranties, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, with regard to the ROBOROCK product and accompanying written materials. The Limited Warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may have other rights depending on the country/jurisdiction.

NO LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES - Roborock and their suppliers shall, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, disclaim liability for any damages (including without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or other monetary loss) arising out of the use of or inability to use the ROBOROCK product, even if Roborock  has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Since some countries/jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, the above limitation may not apply to you.
