Agreement to Rules: By entering this Roborock 12th Anniversary Online Lucky Draw Campaign at UK Official Store, You (the “Entrant”) agree to abide by the Terms & Conditions (or “Rules”) and decisions, which are fully and unconditionally binding in all respects. The Roborock reserves the right to refuse, withdraw, or disqualify any entry at any time at the Roborock’s sole discretion. By entering this Roborock 12th Anniversary Online Lucky Draw Campaign, You represent and warrant that You are eligible to participate based on the eligibility requirements explained in the Terms & Conditions. Online Lucky Draw Campaign Details
1. When: Effective from 24 August 2026 at 00:00 (BST) to 6 September 2026 at 23:59 (BST).
2. Entrant: The lucky draw (the “Promotion”) is open only to individuals who have registered an account on the official Roborock website and have accumulated 100 points or more, and who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. Unregistered users may register for an account and subscribe to Roborock’s email newsletters to earn points and participate, provided they meet the minimum age requirement.
3. How to Get Points:
Register on the official Roborock website: 600 points
Complete your profile: 100 points
Purchase a new device: 1 point for each £1
From 24 August 2026 at 00:00 (BST) to 6 September 2026 at 23:59 (BST), buy vacuums and earn triple points (3×).
Note: Points for registration and profile completion are awarded only once.
4. How to Participate In:
Log in to/register your Roborock account on the official website.
The lucky wheel will automatically pop up. Click [Spin].
Then the system will automatically run a draw, deducting 100 points.
1 draw chance per day for each user. Limited prizes are available on a first-come, first-served basis!
5. About the Points:
100 points are deducted for each draw.
The points are redeemable only for the purchase of robot vacuums, wet and dry vacuums, cordless stick vacuums,or to redeem items, provided your points balance is more than 1.

7. Draw Results and Prize Issuance:
Draw results are randomly generated by the system for fairness and impartiality.
Each user can win the first prize no more than once.
For point prizes: the system will automatically, instantly credit them to your account. Points earned through the Promotion will expire 1 year after issuance. You can view the points that will expire within the next 90 days on your “User Profile/ Points Center” page. If your points expire before you redeem them, they will be deleted from your account.
For discount coupon prizes: The system will automatically issue the discount code, which can be used at checkout in the store. Each discount code is valid for a single use, cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts, and expires within 30 days from the date of issue.
Discount coupons without usage restrictions can be applied to all products, while coupons with specific usage restrictions can only be used for the corresponding eligible products.
Additional restrictions may apply as stated in the store’s terms and conditions.
For product prizes: The system will instantly issue a free product code. You can place an order using this code on the official Roborock website to redeem the corresponding prize. No shipping, handling, or taxes will be charged to the winner. For detailed usage rules and validity period of the code, please click “My Prizes.”
After winning, a notification window will pop up on the screen displaying the name of the prize won.
8. Terms and Conditions:
Prizes obtained through this campaign are strictly prohibited from being transferred for commercial purposes. Any coupon fraud behavior may lead to the suspension of the associated account. For detailed information, please refer to T＆C.

In its sole discretion, the Roborock reserves the right to modify, suspend, cancel, or terminate any and all Roborock 12th Anniversary Online Lucky Draw Campaign should non-authorized human intervention, a bug or virus, fraud, or other causes beyond the Roborock’s control, impact or corrupt the security, fairness, proper conduct, or administration of Roborock 12th Anniversary Online Lucky Draw Campaign. The Roborock, in the event of any of the above issues, may determine the Winner based on all eligible entries received prior to and/or after (if appropriate) the action taken by the Roborock. Individuals who tamper with or attempt to tamper with the operation or entry process of the Roborock 12th Anniversary Online Lucky Draw Campaign or website or violates these Terms & Conditions will be disqualified by the Roborock in its sole discretion. Limitation of Liability: Your entry into the Roborock’s 12th Anniversary Online Lucky Draw Campaign constitutes Your agreement to release and hold harmless the Roborock and its subsidiaries, representatives, affiliates, partners, advertising and promotion agencies, successors, agents, assigns, directors, employees, and officers against and from any and all claims, liability, illness, injury, death, litigation, loss, or damages that may occur, directly or indirectly from participation in the Roborock 12th Anniversary Online Lucky Draw Campaign and/or the 1) Winner accepting, possessing, using, or misusing of any awarded prize or any portion thereof; 2) any type of technical failure; 3) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions, phone, or Internet service; 4) unauthorized intervention in any part of the entry process or the Promotion; 5) electronic error or human error in the Promotion administration or the processing of entries.
The Roborock reserves the right to refuse to allow a winner to take part in any or all aspects of the prize, if the Roborock determines, in their sole discretion, that a winner is not in the mental or physical condition necessary to be able to safely participate in the prize.
If any prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Roborock’s control, the Roborock may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
9. Disclaimer:
Roborock reserves the right to adjust the campaign content and rules as needed. It is recommended to keep up with and abide by the latest campaign rules. If you may fail to comply with the rules, you have the option of quitting this campaign.
10. Disputes
THE Roborock’s ROBOROCK 12TH ANNIVERSARY ONLINE LUCKY DRAW CAMPAIGN IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF THE UNITED KINGDOM WITHOUT RESPECT TO CONFLICT OF LAW DOCTRINES. Under no circumstances in any such dispute shall the entrants be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waive all rights to, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including reasonable attorney’s fees, other than entrants’ actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e. costs associated with entering Roborock’s Roborock 12th Anniversary Online Lucky Draw Campaign. The entrants waive all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.
By participating in the Roborock’s Roborock 12th Anniversary Online Lucky Draw Campaign, You, the Entrant, have affirmatively reviewed, accepted, and agreed to all of the Terms & Conditions.
11. After the draw ends, the system will display the result in a pop-up window. You can also check your historical results in the “Winning Records” section on the event page. Please note that due to network delays, system errors, or other unexpected issues, the results displayed on the Lucky Wheel are for real-time reference only. All final draw results are subject to the records shown in the pop-up notification, the “Winning Records” section, and the prizes successfully credited to your Roborock official store account (for example, under “My Points,” “Coupons,” or “My Rewards”). The final record in the system backend serves as the only valid proof of prize issuance.
