⭑ During the promotion period, the points you earn will be equal to 3 times the total amount you paid for your order.
⭑ Points are not awarded for expenses such as taxes, delivery fees, or any other non-product charges.
⭑ Points will be credited to your account after your product has been dispatched. If only part of your order has been dispatched, points for the dispatched items will be credited first.
⭑ The number of points you receive will be rounded down based on your total spending amount.
Example: For an order totalling £1,399.99, you will receive 1,399 points.
⭑ When using points to deduct from an order, the deduction amount will also be rounded down.
Example: If you have 1,000 points, and 30 points = £1, you can deduct up to £33, leaving 10 points remaining in your account.

The promotion is valid from 8 December, 2025, at 00:00 AM (GMT) to 21 December, 2025, at 11:59 PM (GMT). While supplies last.
The following models come with a complimentary 480ml cleaning solution: Saro Z70, Saro 10, QV 35S, Qrevo S5V.
Redemption Method: The complimentary gift will be automatically added to the cart upon checkout for eligible orders. No manual action or promo code is required.
Shipping Costs: Free standard delivery applies to the entire order, including the gift.
The complimentary gift must be returned along with the purchased product in order to receive a full refund.
If Roborock reasonably determines that a user has engaged in any improper conduct in participating in the terms, including but not limited to: using fraudulent methods to claim the benefit (e.g., scripted purchasing, creating fake orders), providing false information, disrupting system operations, implementing cyber-attacks, or employing any other means that violate the principle of good faith, Roborock shall have the right, at its sole discretion, to decline the price match request or revoke the approved status of any request.

In the event of Force Majeure, which includes but is not limited to natural disasters, government actions, epidemics, war, strikes, power/communication failures, or any other objective circumstances that are unforeseeable, unavoidable, and insurmountable, or in cases of systemic technical failures or large-scale cheating that severely compromises the fairness of the program, Roborock reserves the right to take necessary measures. These measures may include suspending, modifying the program rules, or terminating the terms
Policy Changes
Roborock reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the terms at any time without prior notice, provided that such changes do not affect valid claims already submitted within the guarantee period.

Qualified Customers may receive cashback rewards based on the following criteria:

3. Distribution & Redemption Rules
3.1 Cashback Processing
• Winner lists will be published on respective country site designated pages on 23 December,2025.Cashback rewards will be processed via refund to original payment method by 18 January,2026. Winning customers must check their payment accounts to confirm refund receipt; Organiser will not send separate arrival notifications.
3.2 Return & Refund Processing Eligibility Verification
• Full order returns/refunds will result in loss of cashback eligibility
• If you request return for products that previously received cashback under this promotion, the refund amount will be calculated based on the net price you actually paid after deducting the cashback refund. The amount after deducting cashback is the final refund
• Partial returns/refunds that reduce order value below the required amount for participation will cancel cashback eligibility
• If after partial refund, the remaining order value still meets the minimum amount requirement, your cashback eligibility remains valid
• If partial refund causes remaining order value to fall below the minimum amount requirement, your cashback eligibility will be canceled. If cashback reward hasn't been issued, it won't be distributed; if already issued, we reserve the right to deduct the full cashback amount from your refund and return the balance
4. Restrictive Clauses
4.1 Order Validity

• Rankings are determined based on order settlement time recorded by the system during promotion period. Roborock ensures data accuracy but is not liable for minor, unintentional errors that don't affect overall fairness
