Q3 : Can I use my points on different official Roborock websites for different countries?
A3 : No. Points can only be used at https://uk.roborock.com. Products can only be shipped to United Kingdom mainland.
These Terms are effective as of 28 January 2026. Points earned prior to this date will remain under the original points program until 28 February 2026.
- The Roborock Points Program (the “Program”) is open to all legal residents aged 18 or over at the time of entry and is subject to all applicable laws and regulations. The Program is offered only to natural persons; companies, associations (including school organisations) or other groups are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law. Participation in the Program is subject to the terms and conditions and privacy policy of the official Roborock website in the region where your account is registered.
- To ensure points are credited correctly, you must be logged in to your official account before completing your order. Orders placed via “Checkout without registration” will not be credited automatically.
- The Program provides benefits that are additional to, and do not affect, your statutory rights as a consumer under the applicable law in your jurisdiction.

Registering Your Account
You can register your account at https://uk.roborock.com. By doing so, you will be eligible to receive 100 points.
Earning & Retention – Terms to Note
1. Eligibility of Purchases
Reward Points are awarded only for qualifying purchases made through the Official Roborock UK Store. Points are not awarded for taxes, delivery fees, or any other additional charges.
2. Points Calculation
The number of points you receive is based on the total amount paid for the qualifying products and will be rounded down.
For example, if you spend £1,399.99 on an order, you will receive 1,399 points.
3. Points Issuance
Reward Points will be credited to your account after your product has shipped.
If your order is shipped in multiple consignments, points will be issued in stages based on the products that have already been dispatched.
4. Impact of Coupons
Please note that applying coupons may affect the number of points deducted. The final points deduction will be based on the actual redeemed amount at checkout.
5. Special Promotional Periods
During special promotional periods, please refer to the specific event page for the applicable Reward Points terms.
About Points Redemption
1. Your points balance is displayed on the Points History page in your user profile, showing the available points on the current website.
2. Points can only be used on the Official Roborock UK Website to offset the cost of orders containing Robot Vacuums, Wet & Dry Vacuums, Cordless Stick Vacuum Cleaners, or to redeem items in the Points Mall.
3. Conversion rate: 30 points = 1 GBP.
Example: For a robot vacuum cleaner priced at £299.99, you can use points to deduct up to £89 (excluding taxes, shipping costs and insurance). You will still have to pay £210.99.
4. Redemption threshold: A minimum of 1 points is required to use points for a deduction.
5. The value of Reward Points redeemed may not exceed 30% of the total order amount (excluding tax, shipping,and insurance)and will be rounded down.
For example, if you plan to purchase items worth £100 and have 1,200 points in your account, with an exchange rate of 30 points = £1, you may redeem points for up to 30% of the order value, which is £30, for this order. After redemption, the corresponding points will be deducted from your account, leaving a remaining balance of 300 points.
6. Orders paid for using Reward Points are not eligible to earn additional Reward Points.
7. Reward Points cannot be redeemed together with other discounts (e.g., member discounts, promotional discounts, etc.).
8. When using points for discounts, the total amount that can be offset by points in a single order must not exceed 30% of the total payable amount for items eligible for point redemption. The amount eligible for point redemption may be adjusted as needed. Please refer to the actual page for specific details.
9. Points that are due to expire soonest will be deducted first.
10. Orders with the 2B discount are excluded from the points program (points cannot be earned or redeemed).
Viewing Your Accumulated Points
Log in to your Roborock account, then click on “User Profile / Points Center” to view your points balance. You can only view your points balance on the current website for that site.
Points Expiration
1. Roborock points (specail points* exclude) are valid for 1 years.All points earned in the current year (excluding special points) will remain valid until 23:59:59 GMT on 31 December of the following year.
2. Special points earned through promotions, including but not limited to lucky draws, games, multiple points and referrals, will expire 10 days after issuance.
*Special Points: points earned through promotional activities, including but not limited to lucky draws, games, and referrals, which are not obtained from the purchase of machines or accessories.
3. You can view the points that will expire within the next 90 days on your “User Profile/ Points Center” page. If your points expire before you redeem them, they will be deleted from your account.
Points Freezing, Deduction, and Refund Rules
1. If you cancel an order, then any points used in that order will immediately be returned to your account.
2. If you send back an order, then any points used in that order will be returned to your account along with your refund. If you send back part of an order, then the number of points returned to your account will be calculated according to the percentage of the total price of that order accounted for by the price of the returned product(s).
3. If the time at which you cancel an order or return a product occurs after the expiration date of some or all of the points you used, then the expired points will not be returned to your account. You can view your points in your account.
4. If you return a product after confirming the receipt of that product, then any points you used in that order will be returned to your account. Points obtained by placing an order will be deducted after we confirm receipt of the product; the points that are due to expire the soonest will be deducted first. If your account does not have a sufficient points balance, then points will be deducted until your remaining balance is 0.
5. If you gain points from placing an order, use those points to place a second order, and then return your first order, then the amount equivalent to the points that were deducted from the second order will then be deducted from the refund you receive for the first order.
6. Goods purchased by redeeming points are excluded from the standard return procedure. If you receive goods with a proven quality defect, please contact us.
The following provisions apply from 26 May 2026.
1. Points for an order will be issued after the order has been shipped. Once issued, the points will enter a 37-day freezing period. During the freezing period, the points cannot be used or redeemed. They will be displayed in your account under "Pending Points". If any refund occurs for the order during the freezing period, we will deduct a corresponding amount of points from your pending points based on the refund amount. In the case of a full return and refund of the order during the freezing period, the pending points related to that order will be canceled and will not be unfrozen or made available. In the case of a partial refund, we will calculate and grant the available points after the freezing period ends, based on a pro-rata basis of the final transaction amount.
2. If some or all of the points used for payment have expired at the time of order cancellation or return, those expired points will not be refunded. You can view your points details in your account.
3. If you earn points from your first order and use those points to place a second order, and then request a full or partial return/refund for the first order, we will deduct the corresponding points originally issued for the first order. If your account balance is insufficient to cover the deduction, the points balance may be deducted to zero or a negative value.
Limitations
1. During the Campaign, Roborock reserves the right to disqualify users who participate in an unlawful manner, including, but not limited to: fraud to obtain benefits (e.g., the use of multiple identities by a single member), providing false information, disrupting system operations, conducting network attacks, or using automated scripts for bulk purchases. Should such actions result in losses for Roborock, Roborock reserves the right to claim damages from the user in question.
*Roborock may consider accounts to belong to the same member if any of the following identifying information matches, is similar, or according to Roborock's analysis indicates a single user: phone numbers, email addresses, payment accounts, device IDs, recipient names, or shipping addresses.
2. Under no circumstances shall entrants receive, and hereby waive, all rights therein, for any punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including reasonable attorneys' fees. Participants are only entitled to reimbursement of their actual expenses (if any) directly related to participation in this program. All participants waive any right to increase or multiply the damages.
3. In the event of force majeure, including, but not limited to, natural disasters, government measures, epidemics, war, strikes, power/communication failures or other objective circumstances that are unforeseeable, unavoidable and insurmountable, or in the event of systemic technical failures or large-scale fraud attempts that seriously affect the fairness of the Program, Roborock reserves the right to take such necessary measures. These actions may include suspension, modification of program rules, or termination of the program.
4. In the event of logistical delays or service failures due to force majeure (including, but not limited to, measures to combat the pandemic, natural disasters or severe weather) during product delivery or home delivery, both parties will enter into negotiations to adjust the service date. Roborock shall not be liable if the provision of the Service becomes impossible due to such force majeure events.
5. By participating in this Program, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Promoter and its subsidiaries, agents, affiliates, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, successors, agents, agents, agents, directors, employees and officers from any and all claims, liabilities, claims, suits, losses or damages arising out of illness, injury or death, whether directly or indirectly inferred by participation in the Program and/or any of the following: 1) the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize or part thereof by the winner; 2) any kind of technical failure; 3) the unavailability or inaccessibility of transmissions, telephone or Internet services; 4) unauthorized interference with any part of the participation process or promotion; 5) electronic errors or human error in the administration of the Promotion or the processing of entries.
6. Please note that Roborock reserves the sole and final right to modify, suspend, replace or terminate this event/program at any time. Any such changes will generally be announced at least 30 days in advance in the official terms and conditions for the Roborock Points Program, and Roborock will have final authority to decide on the interpretation of all terms.
We will use all reasonable endeavours to notify participants in the event of termination or replacement in order to facilitate proper processing, however this is not always possible. However, Roborock reserves the right, in exceptional circumstances, to the extent permitted by law, to make changes without full notice.
Disputes
THE PROGRAM SHALL BE GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE, U.S.A., WITHOUT REGARD TO CONFLICT OF LAW PRINCIPLES. You consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in New Castle County, Delaware, and waive any objection to such jurisdiction or venue. The above provision regarding jurisdiction does not apply if you are a consumer residing in the European Union. If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you can bring your claims in the courts of the country where you reside.
Claims under these Terms and Conditions must be commenced within one (1) year after the cause of action accrues, or such claim or cause of action will be forfeited. Claims made under the separate terms and conditions of purchase for goods and services are not subject to this limitation.
SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, unenforceable or illegal, in whole or in part, in any jurisdiction, the remaining provisions of these Terms shall remain enforceable and valid in a court of competent jurisdiction.
By participating in this PROGRAM, you will be deemed to have agreed to the applicable rules.
