After you share the campaign with one or more people and invite them with it, they will receive a product-specific code to buy products at a discount. After the people you invite place their orders (a robot must be included in each order) in the official Roborock Shop, you will receive coupons depending on the number of successful orders that are based on your invitation.

3. Steps:

Click on the campaign link to enter your name and email address to enter..

Share the campaign with the people you invite through your exclusive referral link, posts on third-party social media platforms, or email.

You will receive the corresponding coupons after the people you invite place an order on the official Roborock website with your referral code. You can retrieve your reward in your user area of the official Roborock website.

4. What is a successful invitation?

An invitation is considered successful when an invitee uses your referral code to complete an order from the Roborock UK Official Store.

5. Rewards:

For the inviter:

- For every order placed by the invitee using your referral code, you will receive an 8% discount coupon (redeemable only for the purchase of a robot).

For the invitee:

- A promo code of 8% discount for Roborock robot models (redeemable only for the purchase of a robot).

Hint:

- The coupon and promo code above 8% cannot be used for the Roborock Q5 Pro Series.

6. Conditions (T&C):

Rewards received as part of this campaign may not be transferred for commercial purposes under any circumstances. Any fraudulent behavior related to coupons may result in the termination of the associated account. Detailed information can be found under T&C.

8. Privacy Policy.

Referrers can participate in the program provided by Roborock to refer their friends to Roborock as potential new Roborock customers. To do this, Referrers will necessarily be required to provide personal information about themselves and their friends, such as name and email address, in order for Roborock to send communications to the Friends on behalf of the Referrers. The personal data will be collected, processed and used in accordance with Roborock's Privacy Policy, which can be found under Privacy Policy. The Referrer must ensure that both they and the Referred Person have read and agreed to the contents of the Privacy Policy. Referrers understand that in addition to the initial communications to Friends, Roborock may use their personal information to send further communications to Friends on behalf of Referrers to encourage or remind Friends to make a purchase. Roborock may also use the personal information to contact Referrers regarding their participation in the Program and to send them further communications from Roborock.

9. Ownership and Use of Content.

Roborock's online platform and program contain content such as: designs, text, graphics, images, videos, information, logos, button icons, software, audio files, computer code, and other content (collectively, the "Content"). As between the Referrer and Roborock, all Content is the property of Roborock or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark and other applicable laws. The compilation of all content on Roborock's online platform or program is the sole property of Roborock and is protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. The registered or unregistered logos, product and service names contained in the Roborock Online Platform or the Program are or may be trademarks of Roborock or its licensors (the "Trademarks"). Without Roborock's prior written permission and except for the links provided by Roborock, you agree not to display or use the Trademarks in any way.

10. Liability.

A. By participating in the Program, Referrers agree to:

be bound by these Terms and the decisions of Roborock and its designees and Roborock's Privacy Policy; Roborock, its parents, affiliates, and subsidiaries, and their respective employees, directors, officers, licensees, licensors, shareholders, attorneys, and agents, including, but not limited to, their respective advertising and promotion companies, and any person or entity associated with the creation, operation, or administration of the Program (collectively, the "Released Parties"), with respect to: defend any claims, actions, damages, losses, liabilities, costs or expenses caused, arising out of or related to the participation of Referrers in the Program (including, but not limited to, property damage, injury or death of persons and/or the award, receipt and/or use or misuse of the Program or any Reward); indemnify, indemnify and hold harmless; and

B. Roborock is not liable for:

late, lost, delayed, stolen, misdirected, incomplete, illegible, inaccurate, unreliable, garbled or unintelligible entries, communications or affidavits, regardless of the method of transmission; malfunctions of telephone systems, telephone or computer hardware, software or other technical or computer malfunctions, disconnections, interruptions, delays or transmission errors; data corruption, theft, destruction, unauthorized access to, or alteration of entries or other materials; any printing, spelling, administrative, technical errors on websites or materials associated with the Referral Program; or claims, demands, and damages arising from disputes between Referrers and Friends; or any other injury, loss or damage resulting from the acceptance, possession or use of any Reward or participation in the Program that was not foreseeable by Roborock at the time.

C. Disclaimer.

Roborock disclaims any liability for damage to computer systems resulting from participation in the Program or access to or download of information related to the Program. Roborock reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate, modify, or suspend the Program if a virus, bug, computer problem, unauthorized intervention, or other cause beyond Roborock's control interferes with Roborock's administration, administration, or proper operation of the Program.

D. Force Majeure.

Roborock shall not be liable to any Referrer if a bounty is issued due to acts of God, measures, regulations, orders or requests from governmental or quasi-governmental bodies (even if the measures, regulations, orders or requests prove to be invalid), equipment failures, threatened or actual terrorist acts, air strikes, power outages, acts of enemies of the state, earthquake, tornado, tsunami, war (declared fire, flood, epidemic, explosion, unusually adverse weather conditions, hurricane, embargo, labor disputes or strikes (legal or illegal), shortage of personnel or materials, transportation interruptions of any kind, slowdown in labor, civil unrest, insurrection, riot, or other similar or dissimilar causes beyond the control of the Released Parties, in whole or in part.

E. Reservation of the Right to Terminate or Suspend the Program.

Roborock reserves the right to terminate or suspend the Program if Roborock rmines, in its sole discretion, that Roborock, the administration, or fairness of the Program has been compromised in any way.

F. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES.

REFEREES UNDERSTAND AND EXPRESSLY ACCEPT THAT: (A) YOUR USE OF THE PROGRAM IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK; THE PROGRAM IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS AND Roborock EXPRESSLY EXCLUDES ALL WARRANTIES, CONDITIONS AND CONDITIONS (COLLECTIVELY ("PROMISE") OF ANY KIND; THIS APPLIES REGARDLESS OF WHETHER THESE ARE GIVEN EXPRESSLY OR IMPLICITLY, ARISE BY LAW, COMMON LAW (ANGLO-SAXON CUSTOMARY LAW) OR CUSTOM. THIS INCLUDES, BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO, WARRANTIES WITH RESPECT TO PRODUCTS OR SERVICES OFFERED THROUGH THE USE OF THE PROGRAM, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, SATISFACTORY QUALITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT; (B) Roborock DOES NOT WARRANT THAT (i) THE PROGRAM WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, (ii) THE RESULTS OBTAINED FROM THE USE OF THE PROGRAM WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE, (iii) THE QUALITY OF ANY PRODUCTS, SERVICES, INFORMATION, OR OTHER MATERIAL OBTAINED THROUGH THE PROGRAM WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS, AND (iv) DEFECTS IN THE SERVICE WILL BE CORRECTED; AND (C) ACCESS TO ANY MATERIAL THAT YOU DOWNLOAD OR OTHERWISE OBTAIN THROUGH THE USE OF THE PROGRAM IS AT YOUR OWN DISCRETION AND RISK, AND YOU WILL BE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE TO YOUR COMPUTER SYSTEM OR MOBILE DEVICE OR LOSS OF DATA THAT RESULTS FROM THE DOWNLOAD OR USE OF ANY SUCH MATERIAL.

G. Limitation of Liability and Indemnification.

THE RECOMMENDERS EXPRESSLY ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THEY UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT ROBOROCK (INCLUDING ANY VENDORS AND SERVICE PROVIDERS AFFILIATED WITH THE PROGRAM OR INVOLVED IN THE PROVISION OF THE PROGRAM) SHALL NOT BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY DIRECT OR INDIRECT DAMAGES, EXEMPLARY INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. THIS INCLUDES, BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, LOSS OF DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES (EVEN IF Roborock HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES) ARISING OUT OF: (i) USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE PROGRAM; (ii)COSTS FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF SUBSTITUTE GOODS AND SERVICES THAT BECAME NECESSARY AS A RESULT OF GOODS, DATA, INFORMATION OR SERVICES RECEIVED IN CONNECTION WITH THE PROGRAM OR MESSAGES RECEIVED OR TRANSACTIONS ENTERED INTO PURSUANT TO THE PROGRAM; (iii)UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR DATA; (iv)STATEMENTS OR CONDUCT OF ANY THIRD PARTY IN OR THROUGH THE PROGRAM; (v)ANY OTHER MATTERS RELATING TO THE PROGRAM. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES OR THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

ACCORDINGLY, SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS IN THIS PARAGRAPH MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. THE MAXIMUM LEGAL LIABILITY OF ROBOROCK (INCLUDING ITS VENDORS AND SERVICE PROVIDERS) ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE PROGRAM, REGARDLESS OF THE CAUSE OF ACTION (WHETHER BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT, BREACH OF WARRANTY, ETC.) IS LIMITED TO $100. REFERRERS PARTICIPATE IN THE PROGRAM AT THEIR OWN RISK.

11. Conduct.

A. Conduct-General.

If prohibited behavior (defined below) has occurred that damages the integrity of the Program to such an extent that it cannot be restored, Roborock reserves the right to terminate, modify or suspend the Program.

B. Prohibited Conduct.

Referrers agree not to use the Program to: Violate any applicable laws; infringe the intellectual property rights of Roborock or any third party; to stalk, harass or harm any other person; collect or store personal information of other referees; Impersonate any person or misuse the identity of the Referrer; Violate the terms and conditions of the Program or interfere with or disrupt the servers or networks associated with it, or disobey the requirements, procedures, policies, or regulations of such networks; interfere with any other Referrer's use of the Program; Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Program, other accounts, computer systems, or networks connected to the Program; transmit files that contain viruses, worms, Trojan horses, or other contaminating or destructive properties; Engage in any illegal activity or encourage the performance of any illegal activity or other activity that violates the rights of others; Earn income through resale, barter, trade, auction, or otherwise by providing access to the Program to others.

C. Bulk mailings ("spam").

If a Referrer sends a personal link to the Roborock App or the official Roborock website to a friend via email, the email must be created and disseminated in a personal manner that is appropriate and customary for communicating with friends, colleagues, and family members. Bulk referrals, distribution to strangers, or any other promotion of a Program in a manner that, in Roborock's sole discretion, constitutes or appears to constitute unsolicited commercial email or "spam" is expressly prohibited and may be grounds for immediate termination of Referrer's participation in the Program. Roborock does not tolerate spam. Roborock has no obligation to monitor the content provided by Referrers. However, Roborock may decide to do so and block email messages, remove such content, or prohibit the use of the Program. Although Roborock is the actual sender of the referral emails, each recommender must still comply with applicable laws. Referrers who fail to comply with the law, including anti-spam laws, are required to indemnify Roborock and any indemnified parties from any liability, costs, and expenses incurred as a result of such breach. .

D. Fraudulent and suspicious behavior.

Roborock may, in its sole discretion, prohibit a Referrer from participating in the Program or receiving any credit or reward if Roborock determines that the Referrer is attempting to undermine the fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Program in any way through fraud, hacking, deception, or other unfair practices, or to harass other Referrers or representatives of Roborock; abuse, threaten or harass. The use of partner websites, partner network properties, automated systems, scripts or macros to participate is strictly prohibited and will result in exclusion. Referrers may not participate with multiple or fake email addresses or accounts, use fictitious identities, or use any system, bot, or other device or ruse to participate in the Program or earn a reward. Roborock reserves the right to exclude a Referrer and/or cancel one or more Rewards if Roborock determines that a Referrer is tampering with the participation process or the operation of the Program or is in any way in violation of these Terms and Conditions. WARNING: ANY ATTEMPT TO INTENTIONALLY HARM OR UNDERMINE THE PROPER CONDUCT OF THE PROGRAM MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND WILL RESULT IN DISQUALIFICATION FROM PARTICIPATION IN THE PROGRAM. SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, Roborock reserves the right to seek relief and damages (including attorneys' fees) in accordance with the law, including criminal prosecution.

E. Violations.

The Referrer should ensure that all actions are carried out in accordance with applicable laws, regulations and these Terms. If Roborock determines that the Referrer has violated these Terms or any laws and regulations, Roborock has the right at any time to exclude the Referrer from participation or to reclaim the rewards already issued to the Referrer.

12. Applicable Law; Arbitration; Class Action Waiver; and waiver of a trial before a jury.

A. All disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or relating to the Program or any reward or other reward awarded under the Program or this Agreement shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of Delaware, U.S.A. (without reference to conflict of law principles).

B. Referrers and Roborock agree to submit to private and exclusive arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association for all disputes relating to the use of Roborock's online platform or the program. Such arbitration shall be conducted in the State of Delaware, U.S.A., to the extent necessary. Referrers agree not to sue Roborock or otherwise prosecute it in any other forum.

C. Referrers also acknowledge and understand that, with respect to any dispute with the Indemnified Parties arising out of or relating to the Referrers' use of the Program or this Agreement:

RECOMMENDERS WAIVE THEIR RIGHT TO A TRIAL BEFORE A JURY; and RECOMMENDERS WAIVE THEIR RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE AS AN AGENT, AS A PRIVATE ATTORNEY GENERAL OR IN ANY OTHER REPRESENTATIVE CAPACITY, OR AS A PLAINTIFF IN A CLASS ACTION, IN ANY LITIGATION INVOLVING SUCH DISPUTE.

13. General Provisions.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the Referrers and Roborock regarding the Referrers' use of the Program. Roborock's failure to assert or enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision. If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, Roborock and the Referrer agree that the court should endeavor to give effect to the intent set forth in the provision and that the other provisions of these Terms will remain in full force and effect. The section headings in these Terms are for convenience only and have no legal or contractual effect. A person who is not a party to these Terms has no right to enforce or claim any of these Terms.

1. When can I receive my rewards?

As an inviter, you can claim your reward in the user area of the official Roborock website after the person you invite has used your referral code for their order. As an invitee, you will receive a promo code when you click on the referral link or email that was sent to you.

2. How can I get the rewards for my referral?

You can log in to your account on the official website and retrieve your reward in the user area.

3. Do referral rewards expire?

The coupons that the inviter receives have expiration dates.

Similarly, the discount codes that the invitee receives also have expiration dates.

4. If the person I invite buys a Roborock product on another official platform, will I still receive referral rewards?

Referral rewards are only available if the invitee places an order through the official Roborock Shop under https://uk.roborock.com/pages/roborock-store.

5. Can I use the promo code in conjunction with other discounts? What are the rules for use?

You can use the promo code based on the regular promotional price, but not in conjunction with other promo codes. The promo code can only be used once per order.

6. Will I receive an email after the person I invite places an order? What should I do if I don't receive the email?

a. After the person you invite places an order using your referral code, you will receive an email to confirm the successful invitation and remind you to have your referral rewards recognized.

b. Make sure that the person you invite is buying directly through the referral link you copied from the referral page. You will not receive referral rewards if the person you invite does not use the promo code you shared or voluntarily cancels the order for other reasons/risks.

c. If you have completed the above steps according to the terms and conditions for the reward, but have not received the email confirming the successful invitation, please contact our customer service team with your referral link and the order number of the person you invited so that the issue can be resolved.

7. Can referral rewards be paid out in cash?

No. Referral rewards can only be used to purchase products from the official Roborock store.
