Roborock Extended Warranty Terms and Conditions
1. INTRODUCTION
Roborock provides this Extended Warranty Service (“Extended Warranty Service”) for certain Roborock Products.
The Extended Warranty Service extends the original Roborock standard warranty period for certain Roborock Products, unless otherwise specified herein, all capitalized terms shall be interpreted as defined in the Roborock Limited Warranty (referenced at https://uk.roborock.com/pages/service-warranty).
This Roborock Extended Warranty is an additional commercial commitment provided by Roborock. Roborock warrants that it does not affect, limit, or replace any legal right to which you are entitled under the applicable law in your jurisdiction.
2. HOW TO OBTAIN THE EXTENDED WARRANTY SERVICE
2.1 The Extended Warranty Service may be obtained via specific channels at the time of ordering the certain eligible product (“Product”) by participating in the program organized by Roborock via our official store or other authorized channels (collectively, the “Program”).
2.2 Please retain your Proof of Purchase (e.g., invoice, receipt, or order confirmation) and complete the product activation in accordance with Roborock's requirements. We will require your Proof of Purchase, activation information and/or other files to provide you with the Extended Warranty Service.
3. PERIOD AND TERRITORY
3.1 The Extended Warranty Service is an extension of your original Roborock standard warranty. The specific duration of this extension is subject to the terms and rules of the Program.
3.2 The Extended Warranty applies only to the participating countries explicitly specified in each Program. Furthermore, our Extended Warranty Service is under no circumstances provided to overseas territories or outlying islands outside of mainland Europe. Should the Product be relocated or transported out of these eligible regions, the Extended Warranty shall be deemed invalid and services will not be provided.
4. SCOPE
This Extended Warranty Service covers the main Product (including its internal battery) and does not cover additional accessories, peripheral components or consumable parts.
5. STATEMENT
5.1 This Roborock Extended Warranty is a service contract, and the Extended Warranty Service is not an insurance product and is not underwritten by an insurance company.
5.2 If you return the Product for a refund, any Extended Warranty Service associated with that Product will no longer be valid.
5.3 If your Product is replaced with a new unit under a product exchange, the Extended Warranty coverage for the original Product will not continue with the replacement unit. This does not affect your statutory rights.
5.4 ALL CONDITIONS, LIMITATIONS, EXCLUSIONS, AND GOVERNING LAW CLAUSES OF THE ROBOROCK LIMITED WARRANTY (referenced at https://uk.roborock.com/pages/service-warranty) ARE APPLICABLE TO THE EXTENDED WARRANTY SERVICE UNDERHERE.
5.5 Details of the Products, participation rules of the Program, the period and other details of the Extended Warranty Service are available on the Program pages.
6.NON-TRANSFERABILITY
The Extended Warranty Service is non-transferable to any person outside the original qualifying channel.
