1. Promotion Details
Customers who purchase a Saros 20 Set on the Roborock Official Store (UK) during the promotion period will receive a free accessory gift: a 1 L Roborock Floor Cleaning Solution with their order.
2. Promotion Period
The promotion is valid from 00:00 (BST) on 30 March 2026 to 23:59 (BST) on 12 April 2026, while supplies last.
3. Redemption Method
The complimentary accessory gift will be automatically added to the cart at checkout for eligible orders.
No manual action or promotional code is required.
4. Shipping
Free standard delivery applies to the entire order, including the complimentary accessory gift.
5. Returns & Refunds
If the purchased Saros 20 Set is returned for a refund, the complimentary accessory gift must be returned together with the product in order to receive a full refund.
If the complimentary accessory gift is not returned, Roborock reserves the right to deduct an amount equivalent to the retail value of the accessory gift from the refund.
6. Improper Conduct
If Roborock reasonably determines that a user has engaged in improper conduct in connection with this promotion, including but not limited to:
using fraudulent methods to obtain promotional benefits (e.g. scripted purchasing, fake or duplicate orders);
providing false or misleading information;
disrupting system operations, conducting cyber-attacks, or engaging in any behaviour that violates the principle of good faith,
Roborock reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel eligibility, revoke promotional benefits, or refuse participation in the promotion.
Where any complimentary benefit has already been granted as a result of such improper conduct, Roborock may require the user to return the benefit or reimburse the corresponding value.
If the improper conduct causes losses to Roborock (including but not limited to direct economic losses, reputational damage, and reasonable costs incurred in safeguarding its rights, such as legal fees), Roborock reserves the right to seek full compensation from the user.
7. Force Majeure and Promotion Suspension or Termination
In the event of force majeure, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, epidemics, war, strikes, power or communication failures, systemic technical failures, or large-scale abuse that materially affects the fairness or operation of the promotion, Roborock reserves the right to suspend, modify, or terminate the promotion and/or these terms as necessary.
8. Policy Changes
Roborock reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this promotion and its terms at any time without prior notice, provided that such changes do not affect eligible orders already placed during the promotion period.
9. Governing Law
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
