The product is really good but the service is awful. Better to buy from Amazon as that gives some level of after sales support but buying directly from the website means you're on your own.

This is genuinely amazing. I have mobility issues and nerve damage, and hoovering twice a day because one of my cats is long haired was getting too much for me. I set this for a general clean twice a day, and a deeper hoover twice a week and now you wouldn't know any cats live here. I've not used my big hoover since and haven't needed to. Amazing product well worth the money
