Agreement to Rules: By entering this Order Threshold Discount Promotion (the "Promotion"), You (the
"Entrant") agree to abide by the Terms & Conditions (or the "Rules") and decisions, which are fully and
unconditionally binding in all respects. The Roborock Promoter reserves the right to refuse, withdraw, or
disqualify any customer at any time at the Roborock Promoter'ss sole discretion. By entering the promotion,
You represent and warrant that You are eligible to participate basedon the eligibility requirements explained in
the Terms & Conditions. You also agree to accept the decisions of the Roborock Promoter as final and binding
as they relate to the content of the promotion.
1. Eligibility
- Customers must register an account on the Roborock’s official website (providing a valid email address and agreeing to the Terms of Registration and Privacy Policy) and be logged in at checkout to receive this Promotion. Orders placed without registration or while logged out are not eligible.
- Each account may apply only one discount tier per order (tiers are not cumulative — see Section 5 ).
- This Promotion is available to customer accounts held by individuals who are at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority in the applicable jurisdiction) with full legal capacity. Where an account is held by a minor, such account and any related data will be handled in accordance with the minors’ data provisions in the Roborock’s Privacy Policy.
- Roborock reserves the right to disqualify accounts engaged in abusive conduct (e.g., bulk registration, fraudulent activity, or exploitation of system errors) from the Promotion, to cancel the discount applied, or to recover discounts already granted, and will provide the affected customer with an explanation in accordance with applicable law, whether in advance or after the fact.

3. Discount Tiers
During the Promotion period, once a customer is logged in at checkout, the system automatically applies the highest discount tier for which the order qualifies, based on the merchandise subtotal in the shopping cart (calculation basis set out in Section 4 ). No coupon code, voucher redemption, or manual action is required — the discount is automatically calculated and deducted from the order total at checkout.

4. Order Value Calculation Basis
- The qualifying threshold (£600/800/1,000) is calculated as the merchandise subtotal (unit price × quantity for all items in the cart) plus the applicable Value Added Tax (VAT) or sales tax charged at checkout — i.e., Threshold Amount = Pre-Tax Merchandise Subtotal + Applicable Tax. Shipping fees are excluded from the threshold calculation.
- The following are excluded from both the threshold calculation and the discount deduction: shipping fees; the purchase amount of gift cards or store credit; any gift card/store credit amount applied as payment.
- The discount amount is deducted directly from the combined tax-inclusive order amount (merchandise subtotal plus tax). Because applicable tax rates vary by jurisdiction, the quantity of merchandise required to reach a given discount tier may differ slightly depending on the customer’s location and applicable tax rate. The exact threshold and resulting discount are displayed in real time at checkout.
- Where the discount causes a change in the taxable amount, applicable tax is recalculated based on the tax basis required by the relevant jurisdiction. Where local law requires tax to be calculated on the pre-discount amount, that requirement will govern.
5. Stacking and Exclusivity
- This is a tiered discount promotion; the system automatically applies the single highest tier for which the order qualifies. Discount amounts across tiers are not cumulative (e.g., an order of £1,000 receives a £100 discount, not£50+£70+£100).
- Whether this Promotion may be combined with other promotions (e.g., limited-time sales, promo codes, member pricing, new-customer discounts) is governed by the stacking rules displayed on the relevant promotion page and at checkout. Unless a page expressly states that stacking is permitted, this Promotion is, by default, not combinable with other order-level discounts, and the system will automatically apply whichever discount is most favorable to the customer.
- The discount under this Promotion has no cash value, cannot be redeemed for cash, and cannot be transferred to another account.
6. Returns, Refunds, and Discount Adjustment
Consistent with the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and applicable North American consumer protection laws, a customer’s statutory right to withdraw from a purchase without giving a reason (within 14 calendar days of receipt for the Europe Region) is not limited or excluded by participation in this Promotion.
- If a return causes the combined value of the retained merchandise plus its associated tax to fall below the threshold originally applied, the Company will recalculate the discount based on the tier corresponding to the retained amount, deduct any resulting overpaid discount amount from the refund, and disclose the calculation method to the customer as part of the refund notice.
- If, after the return, the order (merchandise amount plus tax) still qualifies for the original tier or a higher tier, the discount is unaffected and the merchandise amount and corresponding tax are refunded proportionally.
- For returns or exchanges arising from causes not attributable to the customer (e.g., defective goods, mis-shipments), the discount adjustment follows the same principles above; however, any resulting shortfall attributable to the Company’s own error will be borne by the Company and will not be deducted from the customer’s entitlement.
7. Taxes and Invoicing
VAT, sales tax, or other applicable consumption taxes for this Promotion are calculated and collected in accordance with the tax laws applicable to the customer’s delivery address or billing address. For the Europe Region, where the order qualifies for treatment under the EU’s One-Stop-Shop (OSS) VAT scheme for cross-border e-commerce, tax will be calculated at the rate applicable in the customer’s member state and displayed as tax-inclusive. For the North America Region, tax is calculated based on the applicable state/provincial and local sales tax rules and, in some jurisdictions, may be itemized separately at checkout. The invoice or electronic receipt issued will accurately reflect the actual amount paid after the discount and the corresponding tax, for the customer’s records.
8. Eligible Products
This Promotion applies to all products available for sale on Roborock's official online store, with no product or category exclusions. Any order placed through a registered account will automatically receive the corresponding discount under Section 3 , provided the combined merchandise subtotal and applicable tax (excluding shipping) meets the qualifying threshold — customers do not need to verify individual product eligibility.
If Roborock later needs to exclude specific products from this Promotion (for example, due to restocking, changes in applicable law, or other reasons), such exclusions will be clearly indicated on the relevant product detail page and at checkout in advance, and will not apply retroactively to orders already placed.
9. Customer Data and Privacy
Participation in this Promotion requires account registration. The Company processes personal data provided by customers in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, applicable to Europe Region customers) and applicable U.S. state privacy laws (e.g., the California Consumer Privacy Act/CPRA, applicable to North America Region customers), solely for the purposes of account verification, order processing, discount eligibility verification, and necessary fraud prevention. Customers have the right to access, correct, delete their personal data, and withdraw consent, as further described in the Company’s Privacy Policy [link].
10. Changes, Suspension, and Termination
- Roborock reserves the right, to the extent permitted by law, to change the thresholds, discount amounts, eligible products, or to end this Promotion early. Any such change or termination will be communicated to customers in advance via the promotion page, or email, and will not affect the entitlement of orders that were validly placed and met the applicable conditions before the change took effect.
- If a discount is applied in error due to a system malfunction, mispricing, or force majeure, Roborock may, after verification, contact the customer to correct the error and will comply with applicable consumer protection obligations in doing so, including offering the customer the option to cancel the order.

1. 12th Anniversary Reward Points Promotion Details
1.1 Promotion Period: 24 August to 6 September 2026 (BST): Earn 3x points
1.2 Eligible Purchases: Orders placed through the Roborock UK Official Store during the 12th Anniversary Celebration Promotion Period are eligible to earn bonus points.
1.3 3x Points Multiplier: The final points earned will be calculated based on the total amount paid for eligible products, multiplied by the applicable 3× base points multiplier and the corresponding membership tier multiplier. 1.4 Points Exclusions: Points are not awarded for expenses such as taxes, delivery fees, or any other non-product charges.
1.5 Earning Points: Points will be added to your account as "Pending Points" after your product has been dispatched. If only part of your order has been dispatched, points for the dispatched items will be added first.
1.6: For specific points usage rules (including but not limited to points accrual, validity period, scope of application, redemption ratio, return/refund handling, non-convertibility into cash or non-transferability, etc.), please refer to the Points Usage Rules. 1.7 Points Rounding: Points earned will be rounded down to the nearest whole number after applying all applicable multipliers, including the base points multiplier, membership tier multiplier, and product type multiplier.
For an eligible vacuum purchase paid at MSRP, with a product price of GBP 1,399.99 during the promotion period:

1.8 Points Redemption Rounding: When using points to deduct from an order, the deduction amount will also be rounded down.

1.9 Discount Code Impact: Please note that using discount codes or coupons may affect the total number of points deducted. The final calculation will depend on the actual deduction applied to your order.
2. Points Freezing Period
37-Day Freezing Period: Points added as "Pending Points" during this promotion will be frozen for 37 days from the date they are added to your account. During the freezing period, these points can't be used or redeemed. After the freezing period ends, the points will become available for use.
Example: If your points are added to your account as "Pending Points" on 24 August 2026, they will become available for redemption from 30 September 2026.
3. Points Freezing, Deduction & Refund Rules
Applicable to all orders placed through the Roborock UK Official Store from the effective date.
3.1 Refund During Freezing Period: If any refund occurs for the order during the freezing period, a corresponding amount of points will be deducted from your pending points based on the refund amount.
3.2 Full Return During Freezing Period: In the case of a full return and refund of the order during the freezing period, the pending points related to that order will be cancelled and will not be unfrozen or made available.
3.3 Partial Refund: In the case of a partial refund, the available points will be calculated and granted after the freezing period ends, on a pro-rata basis of the final transaction amount.
3.4 Order Cancellation: If you cancel an order, the points used as payment for that order will be refunded to your account immediately.
3.5 Return of Full Order: If you return the entire order, the points used as payment will be refunded along with the refund. If you return part of the order, the corresponding portion of used points will be refunded based on the ratio of the returned item amount to the total order amount.
3.6 Expired Points Non-Refundable: If some or all of the points used for payment have expired at the time of cancellation or return, those expired points will not be refunded.
3.7 Points Redemption Exclusion: Orders paid in whole or in part with reward points are not eligible to earn additional reward points.
3.8 Points Earned & Reused for New Order: If you earn points from your first order, use those points to place a second order, and then request a full or partial return/refund for the first order, the corresponding points originally issued for the first order will be deducted. If your account balance is insufficient, the points balance may be deducted to zero or a negative value.
3.9 Return After Confirmation of Receipt: If you return an item after confirming receipt, the reward points earned from that order will be deducted after we confirm receipt of the return. Points that are about to expire will be deducted first.
4. Violation of Terms
Roborock reserves the right to cancel, forfeit, or reclaim any points earned if a member is found to have:
- Engaged in fraudulent activities, including but not limited to placing fictitious orders, manipulating transactions, or exploiting system errors to earn points unlawfully;
- Abused the returns or refund process, including but not limited to repeatedly returning items with the intention of circumventing the points system or obtaining points without genuine purchase intent;
- Violated any applicable laws or regulations, or the Company's Terms and Conditions, in connection with activities related to this promotion;
- Attempted to transfer, sell, or trade points in any unauthorised manner.
4.2: Please note that Roborock reserves the sole and final right to modify, suspend, replace, or terminate this Policy at any time. We will make every reasonable effort to provide notice to participants in the event of termination or replacement to allow for proper winding down, but we may not always be able to do so. However, Roborock reserves the right to make changes without the full notice period in exceptional circumstances, as permitted by law.
5. Force Majeure and Promotion Suspension/Termination
In the event of Force Majeure, which includes but is not limited to natural disasters, government actions, epidemics, war, strikes, power/communication failures, or any other objective circumstances that are unforeseeable, unavoidable, and insurmountable, or in cases of systemic technical failures or large-scale cheating that severely compromises the fairness of the promotion, Roborock reserves the right to take necessary measures. These measures may include suspending, modifying the Promoiton rules, or terminating the Promotion.
6. Disputes
This Promotion and these Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the country where the participant made the purchase that qualifies for this Promotion (the "Purchase Country"), without regard to its conflict of laws principles, provided that this shall not deprive consumers of any mandatory protections afforded to them by the laws of their country of habitual residence.
Any claim under these Terms and Conditions must be brought within one (1) year after the cause of action arose, except where a shorter limitation period applies under the mandatory local law of the Purchase Country or of the participant's country of residence, or where the claim relates to separate terms and conditions for the purchase of goods or services (to which this limitation does not apply).
7. Severability
If the whole or any part of a provision of these Terms is void, unenforceable or illegal in one jurisdiction, the remainder of these Terms shall be enforceable and valid in a court of competent jurisdiction.

4. Limitation of Liability
4.1 Your entry into Roborock’s bundling promotion constitutes your agreement to release and hold harmless Roborock and its subsidiaries, representatives, affiliates, partners, advertising and promotion agencies, successors, agents, assigns, directors, employees, and officers from and against any and all claims, liability, illness, injury, death, litigation, loss, or damages that may occur, directly or indirectly from your participation in the bundle-sale and/or the 1) purchas ing, receiving, using, or misusing of any bundled product, discounted item, or free gift obtained through the promotion; 2) any type of technical failure; 3) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions, phone, or Internet service; 4) unauthorized intervention in any part of the entry process or the bundling promotion; 5) electronic error or human error in the bundling promotion administration or the processing of entries.
4.2 Roborock reserves the right to adjust the bundling promotion content and rules as needed. You agree to review the latest version of these Terms before each participation. 5. Improper Conduct and Remedies
5.1 Any attempts to abuse the bundle-sale (including, but not limited to, obtaining discounts or free gifts through improper means as set forth in Section 5.2) will result in: immediate revocation of all benefits obtained under the promotion (including any discount applied, free gift received, or other promotional value).
5.2 If Roborock reasonably determines that a user has engaged in any improper conduct in participating in thisbundle-sale program, including but not limited to: using fraudulent methods to claim the promotional benefit (e.g., scripted purchasing, creating fake orders), providing false information, disrupting system operations, implementing cyber-attacks, or employing any other means that violate the principle of good faith, Roborock shall have the right, at its sole discretion, to deny the promotional discount, void the bundle order, or revoke any free gift already issued. Roborock may also require the user to return any products or gifts obtained as a result of such improper conduct.
5.3 Furthermore, Roborock may require the user to return the products that has already been issued as a result of such improper conduct.
5.4 Permanent ban from future Roborock bundle-sale.
5.5 If the user's improper conduct causes any losses to Roborock (including but not limited to direct economic losses, reputational damage, and reasonable costs incurred for safeguarding rights, such as legal fees), Roborock reserves the right to claim full compensation from the user.
6. Force Majeure and Program Suspension/Termination
6.1 In the event of Force Majeure, which includes but is not limited to natural disasters, government actions, epidemics, war, strikes, power/communication failures, or any other objective circumstances that are unforeseeable, unavoidable, and insurmountable, or in cases of systemic technical failures or large-scale cheating that severely compromises the fairness of the program, Roborock reserves the right to take necessary measures. 7. Disputes
7.1 THE Roborock’s bundle-sale IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF THE UNITED KINGDOM WITHOUT RESPECT TO CONFLICT OF LAW DOCTRINES. Under no circumstances in any such dispute shall the entrants be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waives all rights to, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including reasonable attorney’s fees, other than entrants’ actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e. costs associated with entering Roborock’s bundle-sale. The entrants waive all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.
7.2 In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and any advertising, promotional, publicity and other materials relating to or in connection with the bundle-sale, these Terms shall prevail.

The Roborock reserves the right to refuse to allow a winner to take part in any or all aspects of the prize, if the Roborock determines, in their sole discretion, that a winner is not in the mental or physical condition necessary to be able to safely participate in the prize.
If any prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Roborock’s control, the Roborock may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

10. Disputes
THE Roborock’s ROBOROCK 12TH ANNIVERSARY ONLINE LUCKY DRAW CAMPAIGN IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF THE UNITED KINGDOM WITHOUT RESPECT TO CONFLICT OF LAW DOCTRINES. Under no circumstances in any such dispute shall the entrants be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waive all rights to, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including reasonable attorney’s fees, other than entrants’ actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e. costs associated with entering Roborock’s Roborock 12th Anniversary Online Lucky Draw Campaign. The entrants waive all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.

Please note that due to network delays, system errors, or other unexpected issues, the results displayed on the Lucky Wheel are for real-time reference only. All final draw results are subject to the records shown in the pop-up notification, the “Winning Records” section, and the prizes successfully credited to your Roborock official store account (for example, under “My Points,” “Coupons,” or “My Rewards”). The final record in the system backend serves as the only valid proof of prize issuance.
