1. Definitions & Sweepstakes Overview
• “Promoter” / “Organiser”: Roborock (Roborock UK Official Store).
• “Sweepstakes”: The “Saros 20 Set Launch Celebration: Win a Real Madrid Match Ticket” promotion.
• “Entry Period”: 30 March 2026, at 00:00 BST – 12 April 2026, at 23:59 BST.
• “Eligible Territory”: United Kingdom
• “Prize”: One (1) ticket for a Real Madrid women’s first-team match.
• Prize Details: The Prize is provided “as is.” No cash alternative, substitution, or transfer is permitted. If the Prize is unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to award a substitute prize of comparable or greater value.
2. Eligibility & How to Enter
• Eligibility: Open to legal residents of the Eligible Territory who are 18 years or older at entry. Employees (and their immediate family/household members) of the Promoter, its affiliates, agencies, or prize suppliers are ineligible.
• How to Obtain an Entry (Automatic Entry):
a. Purchase a Roborock Saros 20 Set product during the Entry Period.
b. Do not initiate a return/refund for the Saros 20 Set product before 12 May 2026 (within the 30-day return period).
Participants who meet all criteria receive one (1) entry. The Promoter’s systems will determine eligibility automatically and for free. The two tickets will be awarded via two separate prize draws: the first draw for the men’s first-team match ticket and the second draw for the women’s first-team match ticket.
3. Winner Selection, Verification & Fulfilment
• Selection & Odds: Two (2) winners will be randomly selected by a computerized drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Entry Period (from 00:00 BST on 30 March 2026 to 23:59 BST on 12 April 2026). Winners will be announced via online posting and notified individually by email on or before 23:59 BST on 12 May 2026.
• Notification: Potential winner will be notified via the email linked to their order number within 72 hours of the draw and must respond within 72 hours.

5. Limitation of Liability
5.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not responsible for: (a) lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries; (b) technical failures of any kind; (c) or a winner fails to claim the prize due to marking the prize notification email from the Promoter as spam, or failing to receive the winning email for reasons not attributable to the Promoter. (d) any injury or damage resulting from participation in this Sweepstakes or acceptance/use of the Prize.
5.2 Your entry into the Promotion constitutes your agreement to release and hold harmless the Promoter and its subsidiaries, representatives, affiliates, partners, advertising and promotion agencies, successors, agents, assigns, directors, employees, and officers against and from any and all claims, liability, illness, injury, death, litigation, loss, or damages that may occur, directly or indirectly from participation in the Promotion and/or the 1) You accepting, possessing, using, or misusing of any awarded prize or any portion thereof; 2) any type of technical failure; 3) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions, phone, or Internet service; 4) unauthorized intervention in any part of the entry process or the Promotion; 5) electronic error or human error in the Promotion administration or the processing of entries.
6. Improper Conduct and Remedies
