I have had robot vacuum cleaners/mops before so I was keen to try this one. I have heard of the Roborock brand but not used any of their products before.
This is a good but basic robot vacuum and mop, the vacuum is not bad, it does an okay job of vacuuming, however as I have two dogs with a fair amount of pet hair, i feel that this is more suited to helping to keep on top of the vacuuming rather than completely replace the need for me to vaccum.
It is quite fast at vacuuming and does well to avoid obsticles and manuover around pets, I like how you can choose the suction power level on the app, I left it on the highest/top suction power.
The mop function is okay, again more of helping to keep on top of mopping rather than be able to take over mopping completely. You get spare mop pads and they are easy to clean and reuse, I simply took it off the machine and scrubbed it using washing up liquid and water, then rinsed it off and allowed it to air dry and once dry, it was good to go again.
You do have to fill the tank up with water that is on the robovac and you can set the water dispensing levels through the app. The mop head drags along the floor, it doesn't move side to side in a scrubbing action at all. It will also try and mop rugs so bear that in mind when setting it mopping on hard floors with rugs or mats.
The app is easy to use and navigate, I found it simple to split and merge rooms after the initial mapping and easy to set no go zones. It was a bit of a faff connecting it to the wifi, it does NOT support 5G so bear this in mind as I found it a bit annoying.
The dock station is small so this is great if you are struggling for space but I do have to check that the dogs haven't knocked the charging dock over when the machine is out on a cleaning run and they can easily knock it.
It's not bad for a basic robot vacuum/mop, there are better ones out there but for the price it works okay, if you are wanting more features and more powerful cleaning, you might want to look at other options.
