Q: Can I use the Q7 M5/Q7 L5 robot on a Q7 M5+/Q7 L5+dock? Or vice versa?

A: The robot can charge normally on the dock, but there may be differences in app functionality, as well as display issues.Additionally, the Q7 M5/Q7 L5 robotcannot perform auto-emptying even when placed on a Q7 M5+/Q7 L5+ dock. Therefore, we do not recommend using the robotthis way.
Please note that the Q7 M5+/Q7 L5+ dock is not sold separately.

Q: How effective is the Dual Anti-Tangle System?

A: The high-suction fan on Q7M5/Q7 M5+/Q7 L5/Q7 L5+ boasts a 95% hair pickup rate. The system consists of aJawScrapers comb anti-tangle main brush and anti-tangle side brush, ensuringminimal hair entanglement. All brushes have been tested and certified by TÜVRheinland for anti-entanglement. The all-new Dual Anti-Tangle System eliminateshair tangles for good.

1. The Q10 Series features an additional Structured Light Module, providing better obstacle avoidance than the Q7 series.

2. TheQ10 Series includes an additional mop module lifting feature (as well as an additional vibration mopping feature for Q10 S5/Q10 S5+), which automatically lifts the mop module when the robot is on a carpet or performing obstacle avoidance, charging, and waiting for orders to ensure a better user experience.

3. The Q10 Series features a larger body and slightly higher cleaning efficiency,while the Q7 Series maneuvers better in narrow spaces. 

·The only difference between the Q10 S5 and Q10 S5+ is the auto-emptying feature. The Q10 S5 features only a charging dock for automatic charging, while the Q10 S5+ features an auto-empty dock that enables automatic charging and auto-emptying.

The self-emptying feature means I barely have to think about itno more messy dustbins! Its super strong with 8000 Pa suction, so pet hair and dirt dont stand a chance. The dual anti-tangle system is great for avoiding hair clogs, which is perfect with my furry friends around. The app control is really handy, letting me schedule cleaning or mop remotely, and the LiDAR navigation means it maps my space precisely without bumping into things. Plus, the electronic water tank for mopping works well for light cleaning. Overall, its a solid robot vacuum that makes my life way easier.
